Lounge, Kitchen, Studio and Leisure Barn (TV, table tennis, pool, games and summer kitchen)

Our cosy lounge has a log burner - great in the cooler months, 42inch  freesat TV and a computer that can be linked to the TV that can provide Sky channels, e.g. sport channels. 

The kitchen has been thoroughly modernised with all mod cons that includes Rangemaster oven / hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave and ample plates and cutlery.  

The modern Utility Room has another fridge freezer, water softener, washing machine and dryer. Adjacent is a shower room and toilet. The floors in the kitchen, lounge and utility room are limestone paving slabs adding to the character of the house.

From here you enter the Studio with 2 single beds, settee, Freesat TV and on the mezzanine office, gym equipment and hundreds of books for all the family. There is an entrance to a patio at the front of the house

Also from the Utility Room you enter the leisure barn with table games and summer kitchen with has a large freesat TV and settees, table tennis table or kids play area, pool table and dart board. There are double doors out to the courtyard. The summer kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, gas oven / hob. There is cutlery, glasses and plates which are used for dining on the patio. There are double doors out to the patio.  The floor is layed with floor tiles throughout the same which are used in the Studio.
